Terms Of Business
-
Illuminari Talent Ltd is a UK-based talent management agency representing talent across commercial, media, brand, and partnership opportunities globally.
-
Representation terms (exclusive or non-exclusive) are agreed separately in writing with each client. The Agency acts as an intermediary in negotiating and managing engagements between talent and third parties.
-
All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by the Agency. No engagement shall be binding unless confirmed in writing.
-
Commission and/or management fees are agreed in writing and apply to all engagements introduced, negotiated, or managed by the Agency unless otherwise agreed.
For international engagements, additional costs including (but not limited to) currency transfer fees, withholding taxes, banking charges, or local compliance costs may apply.
-
Payment terms are set out in individual agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.
The Agency reserves the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
-
Usage rights, territories, duration, media, and exclusivity must be agreed in writing prior to commencement of any engagement.
Any use beyond the agreed scope, including extended territories, additional media, or renewed terms, requires prior written approval and may incur additional fees.
-
Cancellations, postponements, or material changes to confirmed bookings may incur fees in accordance with agreed terms and industry standards.
-
All proposals, rates, commercial terms, and negotiations are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
-
The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between talent and third parties and shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from engagements, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
-
The Agency processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy.
